The History of the P2000 | Ivory in CS2 (CS:GO)

The P2000 | Ivory in CS2 (CS:GO) was added to the game on July 1, 2014, as part of The Breakout Collection released alongside Operation Breakout. Designed by Valve artists, the skin was instantly recognized for its sophisticated, ivory-inspired finish and subtle golden accents, reflecting a sense of understated luxury rarely seen in more common pistol skins.

Throughout its release and during subsequent CS:GO Majors, the P2000 | Ivory gained appreciation from the community for offering style and simplicity at a low price point. Although it never reached the celebrity status of high-end or rare skins, it carved out a loyal fan base among casual and competitive players alike.

During certain hype cycles—especially early in the Breakout Operation and after several price drops—the skin saw spikes in popularity, with players and content creators featuring it in loadouts. With the transition from CS:GO to CS2, the CS2 (CS:GO) P2000 | Ivory retained its place in both functional and aesthetic inventories, keeping the tradition alive as a cost-effective upgrade widely available to new and veteran players.

How Rare Is the P2000 | Ivory?

The P2000 | Ivory in CS2 (CS:GO) carries Industrial Grade rarity, which is considered one of the more common skin tiers.

CS2 (CS:GO) P2000 | Ivory is available exclusively from the Operation Breakout Weapon Case and the standard Drop Pool, so it is not considered rare. The skin has never been removed from drop pools, ensuring steady supply. There is no Souvenir version, so odds for souvenir drops do not apply.

Due to its lower rarity and high supply, the P2000 | Ivory is frequently unboxed—making it an extremely accessible skin favored by budget-conscious players and traders. Its popularity remains stable thanks to its affordability and clean design, even though it can't compete in rarity with Covert or Classified skins.

P2000 | Ivory Wear Levels and Conditions

Pattern Description: The P2000 | Ivory finish features a smooth, off-white body with golden accent lines, giving the pistol a pristine and high-end appearance. The finish is consistent across all pattern indexes, so there are no unique pattern variations on individual skins.

Effect of Float: The P2000 | Ivory float value ranges from 0.06 to 0.80, covering all five standard wear levels. Float values determine the amount of visible wear—higher float values increase scratches and blemishes, especially around the edges and grip.

P2000 | Ivory Factory New: In "Factory New", the pistol's ivory finish is nearly flawless, with minimal to no visible scratches. This is the most desirable and slightly more expensive condition due to its perfect appearance.

P2000 | Ivory Minimal Wear: "Minimal Wear" versions feature very slight abrasions—usually only seen under close inspection. Most of the skin's surface appears pristine, making it a popular alternative to "Factory New" at a slightly lower price.

P2000 | Ivory Field-Tested: This condition shows moderate wear, particularly on exposed edges and the grip area. The finish still retains its charm, but the imperfections become noticeable. "Field-Tested" versions are often the most widely held due to their low cost.

P2000 | Ivory Well Worn: "Well Worn" specimens display heavier scuffs and faded areas, especially along the pistol's sides. The characteristic ivory look remains but looks very used. Value drops further compared to higher conditions.

P2000 | Ivory Battle Scarred: "Battle Scarred" versions show significant wear—the ivory is heavily scratched and discolored, with much of the base metal visible. This is the least expensive option and preferred by those who value affordability.

P2000 | Ivory StatTrak: StatTrak™ editions are available for each wear level, featuring a built-in kill counter. StatTrak versions command a moderate price premium over their non-StatTrak equivalents.

P2000 | Ivory finish: The finish is consistent but more susceptible to visible wear and scratches as float value increases. No rare pattern variations exist for this skin.

P2000 | Ivory Price & Market Value

P2000 | Ivory in CS2 (CS:GO) is widely known for its affordability across all wear levels. The CS2 (CS:GO) P2000 | Ivory price varies depending on condition:
- Factory New: typically between $0.30 and $0.60
- Minimal Wear: often $0.15 to $0.40
- Field-Tested: roughly $0.08 to $0.25
- Well-Worn: as low as $0.07 to $0.20
- Battle-Scarred: usually $0.07 to $0.18

P2000 | Ivory price increases for StatTrak™ versions, where Factory New may reach $1.50 or more, but all StatTrak options remain budget-friendly. There is no souvenir edition, so pricing discussions about Souvenir P2000 | Ivory are not applicable.

The P2000 | Ivory price is influenced by float value (better float = higher price), stickers applied, and whether the StatTrak counter is included. For collectors and players asking "how much is the P2000 | Ivory," the answer is that it's one of the most cost-effective yet stylish pistol skins available. Is P2000 | Ivory worth buying? Absolutely—for those wanting an elegant look without a large investment, this skin is an excellent choice.

What Is the Souvenir P2000 | Ivory

There is no Souvenir version available for the P2000 | Ivory in CS2 (CS:GO). While Souvenir skins typically commemorate iconic tournaments and can feature pro player autographs (such as s1mple, dev1ce, or GuardiaN), the CS2 (CS:GO) P2000 | Ivory was never included in any Souvenir Package drops. As a result, no record-breaking sales or auctioned Souvenir Ivories exist.
