The History of the M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle in CS2 (CS:GO)

The M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle in CS2 (CS:GO) was designed by community artist Graff, making its grand debut on December 3, 2020, as part of the Operation Broken Fang update. This skin quickly rose to fame due to its vibrant, photorealistic jungle pattern, complete with an elaborate snake motif coiling around the rifle. Its introduction generated massive hype within the community, especially during the Operation Broken Fang era. The skin started drawing the eyes of CS:GO Majors fans and became a status symbol among professional players and collectors. The unique design and limited drop availability bolstered its desirability, and the excitement surrounding major tournaments only increased demand. When the transition to CS2 occurred, the CS2 (CS:GO) M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle maintained its elite reputation, seeing renewed popularity as players sought to showcase premium finishes in the updated game engine. The skin has remained a favorite among both casual and competitive players, further cemented by its consistent appearances in high-profile matches and streamers’ loadouts.

How Rare Is the M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle?

The rarity of M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle in CS2 (CS:GO) is classified as Covert, which is the highest level of rarity obtainable from standard weapon cases. The skin is exclusively available from the Operation Broken Fang Case. Since the end of Operation Broken Fang, the case has become rarer, having been removed from the active drop pool, significantly decreasing the supply of new skins and increasing rarity. The probability of unboxing the CS2 (CS:GO) M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle is extremely low (approximately 0.26% from its case). There is no Souvenir version, making the standard version the only way to obtain it. Its popularity remains high due to its rarity and demand among both traders and professionals.

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Wear Levels and Conditions

Pattern description:
The M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle finish presents a stunning rainforest backdrop, heavily adorned in shades of green and gold. A detailed snake is featured winding across the body, highlighting the theme and attention to detail.

Pattern difference:
Unlike some patterns, the appearance is largely consistent across drops, meaning little variation exists between different pattern seeds.

Effect of float:
The M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle float value can range from 0.00 to 1.00, making it available in all wear conditions. The float value directly influences the brightness, cleanliness, and the intensity of scratches, especially in lower conditions.

Factory New:
M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Factory New offers the cleanest presentation, with vivid gold accents and minimal wear. These are highly desirable and command the highest prices, often in excess of $1000 USD.

Minimal Wear:
M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Minimal Wear retains most of its crisp detailing, with very slight abrasions. This condition is a solid alternative to Factory New, costing less but still presenting beautifully.

Field-Tested:
M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Field Tested shows moderate wear and more visible scratches mostly on the receiver and magazine. However, it remains visually appealing for many collectors and is more affordable.

Well-Worn:
M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Well Worn features heavier fading and scratches, especially on the snake and background. While less pristine, some players seek these for the unique, battle-hardened appearance.

Battle-Scarred:
M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Battle Scarred reveals significant loss of finish, with prominent abrasions throughout. Float values are highest here, and these are the least expensive but least visually appealing.

StatTrak™ versions:
M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle StatTrak variants are available in all wear levels. StatTrak adds a digital kill counter, significantly increasing the item\'s price. Factory New StatTrak versions are incredibly rare and premium.

Skin Features:
This skin is only available as a Covert rarity, and its float range guarantees widely varying appearances, particularly between Factory New and Battle-Scarred varieties. The finish holds its value due to both visual appeal and market scarcity.

M4A1-S | Welcome to the Jungle Price & Market Value
